Having trouble?
First update your browser, then use Check for updates in the Threadwing
popup to compare installed and publicly available store versions. Open the store link if
a newer version is available; installation remains browser-managed. Reopen the
conversation after updating. When reporting an issue, include only the browser, AI
platform, Threadwing version, visible state, and diagnostic code. Never include chat
content, cookies, tokens, or screenshots containing private conversations.

Privacy boundary
Threadwing has no conversation backend, account system, telemetry, advertising, or
conversation upload. Opening this page sends none of your conversation data. A
third-party support platform opens only after you explicitly choose it.

Support does not change the product boundary
Afdian and Ko-fi are independent third-party platforms. Payments, renewals,
cancellations, and refunds follow their own terms. Threadwing never receives your
payment details and sends neither conversations, search history, nor extension data to
them. Funding unlocks and restricts no core feature.
